The Chief Nursing Officer is a collaborative and strategic patient care operations leader responsible for the practice of nursing at NVRH. This position provides oversight, support, and advocacy for th! e professional practice of nursing, promoting communication and collaboration throughout the organization. The CNO is a visible leader who is progressive, empathetic and quality-driven. A member of the senior leadership team, the CNO participates in all aspects of NVRH’s mission, strategic planning, budget development and resource allocation.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a master’s degree in business, healthcare management or related field; 7-10 years’ experience in a nursing leadership role.
