COMMUNITY CARE CONNECTION PROGRAM

This position is Per Diem and is not eligibl! e for benefits.

The hours vary; typically Monday through Friday 8-5.

The Visiting Nurse Association is seeking an experienced RN to deliver a wide range of nursing care to individual clients in their homes and other community settings. This position calls for the ability to be organized, manage self and resources effectively and the ability to communicate well with patients.

A CCC division Float will cover nursing openings in our SASH program, Senior Housing program, Adult Day program, Corporate and Community Flu program and Private Care program.

REQUIREMENTS:
§ BSN or higher (or other appropriate discipline) or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.

§ Curren! t Vermont Nursing license. (RN)

§ Current BLS comple! tion card.

§ Excellent customer service skills

§ Ability to learn multiple programs and systems to provide superior service to our clients

§ Physical abilities to perform all home care nursing

§ Automobile Bodily Injury Liability insurance with coverage amounts of $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident.

All Agency Employees are required to carry Automobile Insurance. The minimum requirements for Bodily Injury are $100,000 per person and $300,000 per incident. Proof of Insurance is required upon hire.
