• The University of Vermont College of Nursing & Health Science in partnership with Fletcher Allen Health Care and the Visiting Nurse Association is offering a one-year, full time Palliative Care Advanced Practice Nursing Fellowship. The position is salaried with full-time benefits. Applicants must have a Masters or Doctorate of Nursing and an APRN license in Vermont before beginning the fellowship. This
