Location: Barre Vermont

Description: Berlin Health and Rehabilitation is at the momment seeking for Nursing Supervisor right now, this position will be placed in Vermont. For complete informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. We are seeking warm and caring nurse candidates for RN Nursing Supervisor positions. Our Nursing Supervisors have the following daily duties:

• assist in the twent! y-four (24) hour management of the Nursing Services Department
• ensure that a sufficient number of competent personnel are available for each shift to

meet the daily nursing needs of the residents, and

• supervise assigned personnel to ensure that nursing care services are being provided in

accordance with regulations, policies, procedures and good practice, and are effectively
meeting the needs of residents.

Nursing Supervisor candidates shall:

• possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a

graduate of an approved nurse program.

• have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in nursing, preferably as a supervisor in a health care facility.
• have knowledge and ability to perform necessary computerized nursing functions
• possess a current unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• be c! ertified in C.P.R.
