Lamoille Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced Quality Improvement Nurse (RN) who will successfully guide the organization on the management of its' quality initiatives related to collected data. Successful candidate wil l have prior Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) experience and be skilled in analyzing and reporting data to employees and committees; at times educates to ensure that high quality of care is provided to clients served.
