Description: Harwood Unified Union School District is presently looking of School Nurse right now, this vacancy will be placed in Vermont. The Harwood Unified Union School District seeks a full time school nurse beginning in the 2018-19 school year to work at Fayston Elementary School at .5 FTE and Harwood Union Middle/High School .5 FTE. The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor s of science in nursing, be licensed as an RN, has or is eligible for VT Agency of Education endorsement as a school nurse, and is CPR, AED, and first aid certified. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with school or community/family centered nursing is preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, emergency health care, implementation of student health plans and health counseling, and education to students, families and staff.Applicant should be fluent and/or comfortable working with an electronic data system.
