Evergreen Family Health seeks a Physician to join our well-established, thriving family medical practice. We are a privately-owned practice with two locations and a proud reputation for high quality, compassionate care. Our full r ange of acute and chronic care includes pediatrics, minor procedures, sports medicine, laceration repair, etc. No inpatient medicine. Our current staff consists of 6 physicians; four Physician Assistants and two Nurse Practitioners.
Starting salary $180k - $200k plus productivity bonus. Partnership option in 2 years.
Benefits include paid time off, malpractice insurance, health insurance, retirement plan and stipend for CME and professional licenses and dues.
