Are you looking for a New Perspective in mental health care? The LPN at Meadowview Recovery Residence , a recovery-based intensive therapeutic community residence, works to empower the residents to learn healthy options for integrating holistic wellness practices into their daily lives.
As part of a dynamic team the LPN provides education and care coordination on issues related to physical health, medication management, side effects and o! ther related issues. The LPN also serves as Shift Leader and a! cts as a role model and resource for other staff. Positions require relevant LPN degree with mental health experience preferred.
