Gifford Medical Center located in beautiful Central Vermont has a full-time opportunity for a Sports Medicine Nurse Practitioner. This position provides sports medicine care in our busy Sharon Health Center located in Sharon, Vermont. This unique opportunity will allow you to work collaboratively with podiatrists, a chiropractor, a sports medicine physician and athletic trainers in providing full sports medicine care to our patients. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Previous clinic experience necessary, detail oriented, a! ble to work under pressure, multitasker. Ability to communicate across all levels of patients, staff and physicians.
