We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to add to our team. The practitioners at Evergreen place a high value on our nursing staff and are committed to providing high quality, compassionate patient care in a supportive and rewarding work environment. We offer a four day work week and scheduling flexibility when needed to promote excellent work/life integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-level nursing assessment and triage for patient calls
- Communicate practitioner advice for chronic and acute needs
- Conduct nurse visits for management of INR, immunization counseling, nursing procedures and patient education
- Perform Annual Medicare Wellness visits
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain valid Vermont State nursing license by date of employment
