We are proud to serve nearly 100 towns in Vermont and New Hampshire that covers roughly 4,000 square miles along the Connecticut River Valley.
As a Maternal Child Health Nurse, you will bring caring, comfort, education and resources to young families as an advocate for the family for services in the Agency and the community at large and by implementing the physician-ordered plan of care, health education, and anticipatory guidance for families.
This position is located in Thetford, VT and the shift will be 8-10 hour blocks Monday through Thursday. No weekends required.
Training/Experience: Must be licensed as an Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in New Hampshire and Vermont. Graduate from NLN approved Nursing Program. Two years in Maternal and Child Health nursing in home! care or hospital setting preferred, or one to two years of me! dical surgical experience.
