Full-Time Nurse Home Visitor
Rutland Area Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice (RAVNAH) is looking for a full time nurse home visitor to provide individualized support service to low-income, first-time mothers through the Nurse-Family Partnership program in Bennington and Rutland Counties.
Qualifications:
BSN required.
Prior experience in public/community health, including home visitation required.
Prior maternal/child health experiences in a community setting required.
