Screens, evaluates, re-evaluates, and treats patients referred by a licensed physician. Coordinates and communicates treatment activities with health care team members and the patient. Please consider joining our team! Training/Experience: Must be licensed in Vermont and/or New Hampshire as appropriate. B.S. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience. One year's experience as a physical disabilites in a hospital, clinic or home health agency.
