- Manage occupational medical surveillance programs in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
- Maintain the OSHA! 300 Log in accordance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
- Administer the day-to-day activities of the on-site medical clinic.
- Perform general EHS Risk Management duties as defined.
- Maintain confidential record keeping system for the reporting and recording of medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Support the site EHS Manager and central functions team in administering the site Worker's Compensation program and related claims management activities.
Nursing Degree required (Nursing or equivalent). Must be a Vermont licensed (or in process of licensure) Registered Nurse (RN). At least 1 year urgent/emergency care background. At least 1 year Occupational Health Nurse or case management experience. Certified Occupational Health Nurse is a plus.
