Grade: 10.1, Non-Exempt
We are looking for a stellar RN to join our team as a Triage Nurse! The ideal candidate will have ex! cellent communication, assessment and customer service skills.
Supports best possible client care by coordinating communications between patients, families, physician offices, and clinicians in the field.
s Triages and manages client care-related calls
s Assists with care management
s Provides client care on home visits
s May review and respond to telehealth data.
s Other duties may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
BSN or higher degree in nursing (or other appropriate discipline), or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
s Current Vermont Nursing license.
s Ability to travel to various locations throughout Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties.
s Automobile Bodily Injury Liability insurance with coverage amounts of $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident.
