Description: Central Vermont Medical Center is in need of Med Surg/Nurse Resources Supervisor right now, this job will be placed in Vermont. At the direction of the Director of the Medical Surgical and Nurse Resources Units,responsible for supervision of administrative assistance and staffing coordinators. The supe! rvisor assists with planning, implementing, evaluating and managing the Medical Surgical and Nurse Resources Units. Ensures safe, cost effective, quality patient services through program development, responsible utilization of resources, delegation and effective communication throughout the hospital system. Associates Degree in Business or comparable exprerience required.
3 years progressively responsible management expereince with general knowledge of office procedures and experience in medical field. Demonstrated leadership/managerial potential which includes interpersonal competence, communication, and excellence in organizational ability.
