Location: Vermont

Description: Rutland Regional Medical Center is at present looking to employ Mid-Level Provider right now, this occupation will be placed in Vermont. This is a unique, highly-visible position that offers a
challenging blend of management an! d provider skills
in the area of employee wellness. The Occupational
Health Practice Manager/Mid-Level Provider will work
collaboratively with practice physicians, staff and
hospital service line leadership to ensure the efficient
and effective daily operation of the Occupational
Health function. Additionally, this position will
oversee all operations, work flows and performance
to ensure policies and procedures are in effect
and to achieve expert care, superior service and
optimal practice productivity. Under the direction of
the Medical Director and/or physician, the Practice
Manager/Associate Provider also provides direct
clinical healthcare services to patients throughout the
Occupational Health clinic.

Requirements include a master's degree in Nursing
or Graduate of an American Medical Association
approved Physician Assistant educational program
and at least two years of NP or PA experience, preferably in an Occupational Health setting.
