Location: Brattleboro Vermont

Description: Brattleboro Retreat is at present looking to employ RN-Charge right now, this position will be placed in Vermont. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for organization and administration of nursing services on a specific program for a designated shift to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of nursing care.

NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
May be required to perform duties of lesser, equal or greater responsibility. Other duties as assigned.

1. Current Vermont licensure as a registered nurse.
2. Diploma, AD or BSN with one year of recent clinical experience, including at least six months in a psychiatric setting with evidence of leadership skills in management and supervision areas. 3.
