Description: Fletcher Allen Health Care is presently looking of Clin Improve & Compliance Spec right now, this occupation will be placed in Vermont. The Clinical Improvement & Compliance Specialist is responsible for working with leadership in developing and implementing policies, procedures and practices.! They are also responsible for monitoring and assessing clinical and operational systems compliance and improvements relative to standards. The incumbent is responsible for working with leadership to ensure regulatory readiness for continued Plan, NCQA and State of Vermont compliance. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating all aspects of delegate oversight processes including developing protocols for reporting as outlined by Plan contracts. The incumbent will conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and will collaborate with the clinical management leadership team to develop appropriate training for the care management staff. The incumbent will have lead responsibility for ensuring that clinical software and programs adequately accommodate documentation and reporting necessary to satisfy compliance requirements. The incumbent will also develop and implement Quality Improvement policies, procedures and practices to support compliance, clinical improvement,! process improvement and variation analysis and remediation. T! he incumbent is a key contributor to efforts aimed at meeting corporate goals and strategic priorities. The Specialist will be an ad hoc member of the senior leader team at VMC.

Education:
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Vermont Required. Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care administration strongly preferred. Certification in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) and Case Management (CCM) preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a health care profession required. Direct experience in a managed care setting highly desirable. Direct experience using and reporting from clinical care management software. Configuration experience a plus. 3-5 years direct nursing experience in a varied clinical setting.
