BMU is looking for a dymanic individual who enjoys working with children in a school setting to work as a licensed school nurse w! ithin a classroom. This is a unique position for the right person who has the right nursing skills and flexibility. Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide one on one nursing care as needed for an indvidual student• Maintain records as needed for the required medical care• Support students with medical concerns by providing supervision on the bus• Provide academic instruction and support for students within the classroom• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, special educators, related service providers, and parents about the care of individual students. • Participate in nursing and academic skills training as identified by the school team.A complete job description will be provided at the time of interviews.
