HELEN PORTER HEALTHCARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER Post-Acute Unit Nurse Manager and Admissions Coordinator: Seeking qualified RN to act as a Unit Manager and Admissio! ns Coordinator for our Post-Acute Unit. VT RN licensure required, BSN highly preferred. 5+ years of RN experience plus 2+ years of management experience. Full time salaried position. Nurses: Part/ Full Time Nurses. Part-time nights on post-acute unit, days available on other units. VT RN or LPN license required. Licensed Nursing Assistants: Part/full time, numerous shifts/neighborhoods. VT LNA License required. Housekeeping Special on Call Opportunities: Janitorial, Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. AM and PM shifts. PORTER HOSPITAL RN/Per Diem Opportunities: Porter Hospital seeks RN candidates for per diem positions in the following departments: Medical/Surgical, Special Care, Emergency, Birthing Center and Surgical Services (OR/Endoscopy, PACU Ambulatory Surgery). Active VT RN licensure required. RN/Special Care Unit: Full time, 7pm 7am with every other weekend rotation. Critical care experience preferred, will train if candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years of Med/Surg! experience. RN/MedSurg: Part time position working on Porters! Medical/Surgical Unit. Experience preferred but will train. VT RN licensure required. Surgical Technologist: Full time position for a Certified Surgical Technologist. Rotating call. Laboratory Phlebotomist: Per diem positions. Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred. Computer experience required. PORTER PRACTICE MANAGEMENT Practice Manager, Middlebury Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (MPAM). Medical office experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Full time. Office Representatives Computer literacy, multi-tasking abilities, medical office experience and customer service experience. *Champlain Valley Orthopedics (CVO), Middlebury 16 hours per pay period, Wednesdays. *MPAM, Middlebury 45 hours per two-week pay period. Mon, Thurs, Fri and alternate weekends Sat and Sun. *Neshobe Family Medicine, Brandon 32 hours per pay period, 2 days per week. *MPAM, Middlebury Part time or per diem. *Addison Family Medicine (AFM), Middlebury Full time weekdays. Nursing Staff ! Needed in Practices: *RN or LPN, MPAM, Middlebury per diem basis. *LPN or MA, AFM, Middlebury 72 hours per pay, four 9-hour shifts per week. *Cardiac Stress RN, Porter Cardiology, Middlebury Stress test experience required. *LPN, Little City Practice, (LCFP), Vergennes Full time weekdays, 36 hours per week. *LPN or RN, CVO, Middlebury full-time weekdays.
