Director of Nursing Surgical Services Magnet Community Hospital NH/VT Area If you're a talented Nurse Leader with a solid background in Surgical Services and the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with peers, providers and community based healthcare partners, this might be the perfect job for you! Reporting to the CNO in this highly visible role, you'll be the driver for the Service's growth and financial strategies, definition and integration of clinical standards, and innovation of service quality. In order to qualify for this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in Surgical Services with a demonstrated track record of leadership progression. A BSN is a must and MSN is preferred.
