An exciting role foraRNdesiring a chance to practice nursing as you always

wanted to. As our Nurse Team Leader you will be part of a team committed

to providing the best possible community health care.

Our team leader:

• Acts as mentor and leader for our clinicians; meeting with staff and

using clinical expertise to assist in the planning and care of our patients.

• Serves as liaison between staff and organizational leadership as an

advocate for both clinicians and patients.

• Works collaboratively with health care providers and with all

community based organizations.

This challenging role requires excellent leadership skills & an ability to work

closely with all levels of staff. This member of the management team needs

to possess superb critical thinking skills & the ability to conceptualize.
