We are looking for someone to help out with our 10 year old son Will who has some special needs. We receive hours from the state to help pay for a PCA (personal care assistant) but the rate is flexibl! e.
We are looking for someone who will be in the Burlington area starting in May through the month of August. We will also need help in the fall if you are interested.
This job is perfect for someone who is reliable, patient , active and kind. It is a great job for education/nursing majors who want some valuable one on one experience (PCA is a great job for resumes).
Will is an active boy who loves sports, meeting new people and getting out to explore the town, so you will need to have access to a car.
Additionally, we have a couple of weekends where we need help overnight, it would be an opportunity to work a lot for someone who is looking for a lot of hours.
We also have 3 other children, two boys 14 &12 and a daughter who is 6. While we are mostly looking for someone who can be with Will, there will be times where the other kids will be around.
